Shipping

• Processing: Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days (customs may take longer).

• Shipping: Shipping times will vary based on shipping option selected at checkbox.  You can choose the option that works best for you!

• Carriers: USPS/UPS (we’ll send tracking).

• International: Unfortunately, we currently only sell within the United States.  However, once we figure out international tax laws and all that fun jazz, we will plan to expand!

• Once shipped, delays (weather, holidays, space-time anomalies) are out of our control.

Returns & Exchanges (Physical Items)

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items.

• Buyer pays return shipping unless the mistake was ours.

• If your order arrives damaged, email us with photos and we’ll make it right.

Digital Downloads

• Unfortunately our digital downloads are non-refundable, as we are unable to track if the item has been downloaded or used.

• If you have trouble accessing your file, we’ll help until it works.
