Are your products handmade?

Yes! Our wall decals and prints are designed, printed, and packed with love. Because they’re made by humans (not robots), slight variations in color or size may occur — we think that makes them extra special.

How do digital downloads work?

After purchase, you’ll get a download link straight to your inbox (plus it’ll be in your account if you have one).
👉 Digital files are non-refundable — once you’ve got the file, it’s yours forever.

Can I return or exchange something?

• Physical items: See our Shipping & Returns Policy (spoiler: unopened and undamaged items within 30 days are usually fine).

• Digital downloads: Not returnable, but if you have trouble accessing the file, we’ll help until it works.

What about custom orders?

• We’ll send you a proof to approve before printing.

• Please double-check names, dates, and spellings — we can’t be responsible for typos once you’ve approved.

• Custom orders are final sale (because they’re made just for you!).

Can I use your designs however I want?

Our designs are for personal use only — decorating your walls, gifting to a friend, etc. Please don’t resell, copy, or redistribute them. We worked hard on these cuties!

Are your decals safe for walls (and kids)?

Our fabric decals are made with premium, removable fabric material that’s PVC-free and safe for nurseries.  So, yes to those!

Our Oracal 631 decals are made with high quality PVC, but it is still PVC.  Beautiful, painterly effects on walls, but not the best for those looking to avoid PVC for the tinniest kiddos.

⚠️ Both types are not edible (we know… toddlers will try). Please use responsibly.

 Do you guarantee anything else?

We promise to do our best to make your order right. But life (and shipping delays, or toddlers with crayons) happens. We’re not liable for issues outside our control.
